Overview

Built in 1926 by renown architect H.A. Minton, the stunning Bank of Italy Building impresses inside and out. Considered by some historians to be the city's first "skyscraper," it still dominates downtown San Jose's skyline as it competes in architectural grandeur with more modern buildings.

From its prime Downtown San Jose location and beautiful, legendary bell tower to its renovated marble-lined walled lobby, the 14 story building is every inch a landmark. Occupying the corner of Santa Clara St. and 1st St. in the heart of Silicon Valley, this eye-catching building is centrally located to all this great city has to offer.

The high-ceiling offices  offer sweeping views of the  cityscape and mountains.  Businesses in the area include advertising agencies, entertainment, tax and law firms, and property companies.

New businesses are opening all the time in this vibrant area.  The Bank of Italy Building is a historic building a short walk away from the HP Pavilion, the Federal, State, Family, and County courthouses, minutes away from the San Jose Convention Center, San Jose Repertory Theater, the Tech Museum, and San Jose City Hall.

At Santa Clara Leasing Co. we offer competitive prices for our spacious, luxurious, secure offices.
